About the Space
Location Overview: Located on the 4th floor of the historic Whale Building, our studio faces north with unobstructed views of the entire Manhattan skyline. Logistics: Free WiFi shared upon booking. Studio is reachable by subway (R train), Ferry (Brooklyn Army Terminal) and various buses. Sunset park is partially residential, partially industrial. We're located in the industrial part. However, we're close to all the amazing local food - all available for delivery. About the Space: Our double-wide door opens into a large, open studio with high ceilings and varnished marble floors. Open wooden cubbies immediately to the right accommodate 12 - 24 guests. Natural light floods our space, and you can enjoy views of the entire NYC skyline and harbor, and Sunset Park to the east. We have a lovely kitchen complete with sink, industrial sink, dish drainer, microwave, coffeemaker, induction burner, and refrigerator. Our large floral cooler is available for additional cooling if needed. Our shelves of stylish vessels line the walls. Five moveable 8'x2' stainless steel worktables are available for use or can be stowed away. There is also a long wooden counter running parallel to our large windows great for seating, office work with a view, or displaying food or other materials. There are 10 white metal stools, and 4 white director's chairs available. All can be moved around as needed. There are two bathrooms right outside our studio space, no key required. One interior space - an office/storage room - will not be available for use.

We thoroughly clean our floors, and all counters and chairs/stools post-booking. Trash and recycling are removed. We tidy all our permanent supplies, and reconfigure stools / tables according to your needs.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
