This open and flexible space is suitable for a range of uses, including photography, filming, yoga, Pilates, rehearsal, private coaching, meetings or small events, and more. It is primarily a large open space. There is a small kitchen area with a sink, microwave, minifridge, and coffee and tea makers. The space includes folding tables and folding chairs and a small love seat sofa. The south wall of the space has nice windows which let in lovely natural light during the day. There are blinds that can be drawn for privacy as well. Wall-length mirror coming mid-January! Lighting is fluorescent lighting, supplemented by remote controlled color-changing LED lights throughout the room, allowing you to customize the look and feel you need for your event. The building has ample parking, a nice lobby with an elevator, beautifully maintained restrooms and common areas.
