Dance area is 1,190 SF. 12ft high ceiling. Smooth concrete floors. Overhead sliding garage door in the dance area. Entire wall covered with 6 H x 8 L mirrors. Professional PA system with Bluetooth speakers on each end of the studio. AC and Heat system. Neon lighting with customized color flood lights on floor or standard overhead warehouse style lighting. Front office/lounge area with restroom and water machine. Great space for dance/choreography rehearsals or classes or Fitness workshops. Also great for music video shoots.

Office/lounge space floors are mopped daily. Surfaces such as table tops and counter tops are wiped clean with disinfectant spray. Bathrooms are cleaned and disinfected daily. Paper towels and hand soap are regularly stocked. Dance floor is swept daily. Mirrors are cleaned regularly.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
