Welcome to the Bonaparte House! We've updated the home to have state of the art features and a modern feel. With lots of windows that invite natural light, huge sliding pocket doors and easy load-in access, this is a dream location for productions of all sizes. The home has an open floor plan and over 1000 sq. ft. of outdoor space including the front yard and side patio/deck. The possibilities for different looks are endless. The exterior of the home boasts a Modern style, complete with a custom door and landscaping. The updated kitchen can accommodate any cooking video. We have a fireplace in the living room. There is ample staging and holding space both outside and in the open living room. The outdoor patio/kitchen/dining room is ideal for events, editorial shoots, and product launches. We ask that the headcount inside is no greater than 15 persons at any given time. Projects with more than 15 persons utilizing the interior are billed at $20 per head per hour for when over the 15 person mark. We do not accommodate bookings below the minimum hours. Crews should be aware that the location runs on normal household power.
