Here's an overview of our cleaning process: 1. **Daily Cleaning**: - The studio is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized daily, focusing on high-traffic areas, floors, and frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and reception counters. 2. **After Each Use**: - Mats, props, and equipment are disinfected after every use with eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning solutions. - Floors are swept and mopped between classes or rentals to maintain cleanliness. 3. **Deep Cleaning**: - A comprehensive deep cleaning of the studio is conducted weekly, including mirrors, windows, and all storage areas. 4. **Sanitization Stations**: - Hand sanitizers and cleaning wipes are available throughout the studio for guest use. 5. **Guest Responsibility**: - We kindly ask all guests to clean any props or equipment they use and dispose of trash in the designated bins. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
