At the intersection of industrial grit and contemporary innovation, as you step into our transformable artistic blank canvas, with our adaptable design and abundant natural light, our studio is more than just a space – it's a catalyst for bringing your creative visions to life. Experience our pristine and newly renovated 800-square-foot photographic studio, editorial workroom, artistic gathering space and event venue nestled in the heart of Colorado, in the southeastern portion of the Denver Metropolitan Area, within portions of the cities of Greenwood Village, Centennial, and Denvers’ technological center. Designed with photo and video productions in mind, this space is ideal for crews of up to 20 people. Our private and quiet building is located near Quebec and Arapahoe Road, near the I-25 Corridor and is close to Fiddlers Green, Pindustry, and the many restaurants and shops at The Landmark. Bathed in natural light from its eastern-facing floor to ceiling windows, our studio offers an abundance of luminance for your creative endeavors and breathtaking accents of exposed German smear brick walls and gallery marble floor. Inside, you'll find minimal furnishings, perfect for crafting your own artistic style in the space. For the convenience of glam and wardrobe; there's a dedicated prep area, and restrooms are just a short stroll within the building.

Clean up after yourself and leave the studio how you would expect to find. This includes taking out the garbage (dumpsters on the northeast side of property), sweeping (broom inside closet), mopping (mop inside closet), and wiping down props and equipment as needed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
