Equipped with Aputure lights on the roof that allows you to used different color and effects in the infinity wall, it’s the ideal environment for professional productions. Designed for comfort and efficiency in every detail.

General Rules
1. Respect the Space: Keep the studio clean and organized. Return all furniture and equipment to their original locations.
2. No Smoking or Open Flames: Smoking, candles, or any open flames are strictly prohibited.
3. No Food or Drinks Near Equipment: Food and drinks are allowed only in designated areas. Keep them away from equipment and sets.
4. Handle Equipment with Care: Any damage to equipment or studio property will be charged to the renter.
5. Time Management: Your rental begins and ends at the scheduled times. Overages may result in additional charges.
6. Liability: The studio is not responsible for personal belongings or injuries during your rental.

Studio Cleaning Process
1. Pre-Session Preparation:
• Sweep and mop all floors to ensure a spotless environment.
• Disinfect all high-touch surfaces, including door handles, tables, and light switches.
• Check and sanitize equipment and props to ensure they are clean and ready for use.
2. During the Session:
• Provide trash bins for proper waste disposal.
• Regularly monitor common areas to address spills or messes promptly.
3. Post-Session Cleanup:
• Remove all trash and empty bins.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt or debris.
• Wipe down all furniture, counters, and equipment with disinfectant.
• Sanitize restrooms thoroughly, including sinks, toilets, and mirrors.
• Inspect the space to ensure it is reset and ready for the next booking.
4. Deep Cleaning (Weekly/Monthly):
• Steam clean floors and carpets.
• Wash curtains or backdrops.
• Check and clean HVAC vents for optimal air quality.
This meticulous process ensures a safe, hygienic, and welcoming environment for all clients.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
