General Rules
House Rules
1. No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere in the building.
2. Respect Quiet Hours: Please keep noise levels to a minimum to avoid disrupting neighboring spaces.
3. No Alcohol After 8 PM: Alcohol consumption is not permitted after 8 PM.
4. Outside Catering Allowed: You are welcome to bring outside catering, but all food and drink must be cleaned up after use.
5. Use of Equipment: Any office equipment (e.g., printer, HDMI cords, markers) must be used with care and returned to its designated place.
6. Leave the Space Clean: Please tidy up after your booking and ensure all furniture and equipment are returned to their original locations.
7. No Overnight Use: The space is not available for overnight events or activities.
8. Respect Shared Areas: The kitchen and printer area are shared spaces. Please clean up after yourself and avoid leaving personal items behind.
9. Decorations: Decorations are allowed but must not damage walls or furniture. Use only removable, non-damaging adhesives.
10. No Illegal Activities: Any activities that violate local, state, or federal laws are strictly prohibited.
Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges or the termination of your booking.

Our office cleaning process ensures a safe and healthy workspace for everyone. We have a professional housekeeper who visits 2 times per week to sanitize high-touch surfaces, clean common areas, and maintain overall cleanliness. This routine includes disinfecting desks, meeting rooms, restrooms, and shared equipment to keep our environment fresh, hygienic, and welcoming for all team members and visitors.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
