The space is a detached stand-alone building. The main room is a 20' x 40' with a dance rail and mirrors on one wall. The floor is a new hardwood floor. There is an attached kitchen and two bathrooms. The room has radiator heat and air conditioning. There are plenty of tables and chairs available. The room is used for exercise groups, dance groups, and dinners.

Our property manager cleans and inspects the space before each rental. The town inspects the kitchen each year, and it is up to date.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
