If you are looking to book an Off-Site, Meeting, or Event, please click on our Host profile and submit your booking for the appropriate listing.** Colorful, fun shooting areas (at night) include: -Tiki Bar -Michaelangelos Jeep -Raphaels Fire Pit -Donatellos Game Lab -Leos Lounge -The Pizza Hut *PRODUCTION* Booking Rules: -This space was designed with love for TMNT and Tiki - please be extremely respectful of the space and carefull not to bump any of the freestanding or hanging art and leave it as you found it -Tiki Bar manager will be available via text message and on-site so please read rules, directions and descriptions thoroughly -No early access permitted -Manager will come out and unlock space at the start time. You may park at the top of the driveway and unload equipment 15 min prior to booking. -If you need to move anything during shoot please notify manager of intentions. it must be reset before booking end time, we recommend taking photos when you arrive to ensure place is the same as when you arrived. -House is off limits except for the bathroom -Accessing the Tiki Bar area requires walking up a long drive way with an incline. -If you or a vendor needs to drop off / pick up items you may drive up the driveway and then park on the street after. -Accessing the restroom requires going up a flight of stairs. -No Confetti, Glitter, or Balloons PLEASE NOTE: 25 people max.
