3,000 square foot suited for anything you could imagine. With high celings, brick walls, beautiful wooden doors and plenty of natural sunlight, we are a great place for photography, videography, private events, music shows, and much more! There is also a very large whitewall available with projector for film screenings. Chairs are available on site for seating as well as a fenced in smoking area behind the venue. Full stage, PA system, 16 channel mixer and stage snake available on site with 2 speakers, 2 monitors, 2 subwoofers, 5 microphones, and stage lighting.

Venue, bathrooms, and loading dock are cleaned by owner as well as a staffed maintenance crew that cleans community areas every day throughout the week.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
