Our venue, cleanliness and safety are our top priorities. To ensure a fresh, sanitized environment for every event, we have established the following cleaning guidelines: 1. Pre-Event Setup & Cleanliness Before your event, the venue will be thoroughly cleaned, including sanitizing all surfaces, restrooms, and common areas. Our goal is to provide a clean and welcoming space for your event. 2. During the Event We ask that guests be mindful of keeping the space tidy. Please use designated areas for food and drinks, and keep personal items organized. Trash and recycling bins will be provided for your convenience. We appreciate your help in disposing of waste properly during the event. 3. Post-Event Professional Cleaning To ensure the venue is properly disinfected and ready for the next event, a professional cleaner is hired after each event. This service includes a thorough cleaning and sanitization of high-touch surfaces, restrooms, and common areas, using disinfectants to ensure a safe environment for all guests. 4. Cleaning Fees Basic cleaning (such as trash removal and surface cleaning) is included in your booking. In cases where the venue is left excessively messy or with damages, additional cleaning fees may apply to cover the extra cleaning or repair costs. 5. Damage or Excessive Mess We kindly ask guests to respect the furniture and decor. Any damage to property or excessive mess beyond typical usage may result in additional charges to cover repairs or replacements. 6. Special Requests If your event involves food or drink, we kindly ask that all waste be cleaned up and disposed of properly. If you have any special cleaning requests or need assistance, please inform us in advance, and we will be happy to accommodate.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
