To help us maintain our space for future guests, we kindly ask that you follow this cleaning process after your event: 1. Remove Decorations: - Take down all decorations, ensuring no residue is left behind (e.g., tape, tacks, or adhesive) 2. Trash Disposal: - Collect all trash, including food, beverages, and event materials. - Place all trash bags in the designated trash bins or disposal area provided. - Replace trash liners if needed (extra liners will be available on-site in the Cleaning Cabinet) 3. Wipe Down Surfaces: - Wipe down any tables, countertops, or surfaces used during your event. Cleaning wipes or spray and paper towels will be available in the space. 4. Sweep or Spot Clean the Floor: - Sweep or vacuum any visible debris from the floor. - If spills occur, please clean them up immediately to prevent damage or stains. 5. Rearrange Furniture: - Return any moved furniture to its original position. 6. Check for Personal Belongings: - Please ensure all your belongings, including decorations and event materials, are removed from the space. 7. Lights & Doors: - Turn off all lights before leaving. - Ensure all doors are securely closed and locked. Additional Notes: - Cleaning supplies will be provided and found in the designated cleaning area. - Failure to complete the cleaning process may result in additional charges. We appreciate your cooperation and helping us maintain a welcoming space for all guests!

Cancellation Policy

Standard 90 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
