Studio is a walk up studio open loft with high ceilings, natural light with exposed brick walls. Great for content creation and photography session. Space is decorated seasonally for Christmas and neutral the rest of the year. Newborn, family, branding and boudoir session are typical in the space. Space is heated and air conditions with restroom on site. Open loft but has sections featuring a neutral lounge area and whit/neutral bed area. Moses basket provided for newborn sessions. Moveable wall featuring white and black wall.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
