First Floor Industrial Corner Studio with Huge Windows in Northeast, Minneapolis

We welcome you to use our large, sun-filled studio for your photo shoot and meeting needs! The space is a roomy 780 square feet, with high 16ft ceilings and 10ft windows covering most of the walls. This is a corner unit with South and West exposure, which means stunning and plentiful natural light no matter the weather. The building is a historical industrial fixture of Northeast, Minneapolis -originally built in 1922 as an automobile parts plant. You'll love the character and charm of the exposed brick, large steel-framed windows, and freshly-polished original concrete floor. The rectangular space is divided into two parts - a seamless sweep for photo shoots, and a cozy seating area. The permanent sweep is 12ft wide, and offers paper roll backdrops in a variety of fun colors. The large windows have full length darkening/blackout curtains so you can modulate the natural light as needed, and there is space in front of the sweep for your own lighting equipment. There is also a seating + meeting area with a couch, two loveseats, and a small table, as well as a mini fridge, a desk, credenza and coat rack, and several prop seating options including colorful chairs, ottomans, stools, and benches. The space is conveniently located right next to the main entrance on the first floor, which is slightly raised from the sidewalk. There is a loading dock available near our entrance, as well as a large and nicely furnished communal bathroom. The space has both air conditioning and heating for comfort year-round.
