Room for four parking spots in our back lot, as well as street parking and meter parking
General Rules
•No smoking on premises
•No bass or drum kits
•Moving pre-existing light fixtures, paintings, or furniture is prohibited unless otherwise agreed upon. Redecoration comes with an additional fee.
•Decorating is allowed
•Use of our furniture is included and comes pre-set
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Two cameras - neither can record audio. One looks at the entrance door to the studio, and the other sees across the Big Room.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
For cosmetics, we have a Roomba that we run after each rental, and the floor is swept and mopped. All high-touch surfaces are disinfected regularly by our staff.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
