Booking Times: Your rental begins and ends at the scheduled time. Please include setup and cleanup within your booking time. Capacity: Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or termination of the booking. No Loitering: Absolutely no loitering is allowed in front of the property. All guests must be inside of the unit throughout the reservation. Noise Levels: Please keep noise to a reasonable level to respect neighbors and the community. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Alcohol Policy: Alcohol consumption is permitted for private events but must comply with local laws. No underage drinking is allowed. Smoking and Substances: Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the property. Pets: Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance. Furniture and Decor: Please do not move furniture or decor without prior approval. If moved, ensure everything is returned to its original place before leaving. Trash and Clean-Up: All trash must be placed in the provided trash bins. If food or beverages are served, please ensure all items are cleaned up and disposed of properly. Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to the space, furniture, or equipment during the booking. A walk-through will be conducted before and after the booking.
