About the Space
Welcome to Our Enchanted Backyard Venue Enjoy over 5,000 square feet of open space, perfect for any occasion—birthday parties, weddings, family gatherings, proposals, photo or video shoots, and more. Surrounded by trees and extending into the mountain, the backyard offers a serene, forest-like atmosphere. The ground is covered in mulch to complement the natural, rustic vibe. The space is beautifully lit with string lights, ground "fire" lights, and colorful tree lights, creating the feel of an enchanted forest. Outdoor power outlets are available for adding extra lighting, music, or other equipment. A mobile firepit is available for use; however, it must not be placed directly on the mulched yard without a firepit mat, as the mulch is flammable. Access and Amenities: The house is not accessible, except for a bathroom. An additional room is available for getting ready at $40/hour. Important Notes: Please factor in setup and breakdown time when booking. This is a residential area, so we ask that music be kept at a reasonable level to respect the neighbors. DJs are welcome, but noise must comply with local ordinances. Noise policy: Amplified music must end by 10:30 PM. Events can continue without amplified music until 12:00 AM, including breakdown and cleanup.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The backyard and bathroom is cleaned right before each booking. Bookings will be spaced out to allow us time for proper cleaning. We will not be hosting more than two events per month.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
