Location History: This space used to be a therapist office and was renovated to a small wellness center in 2023. Neighborhood details: We are just south of the downtown area that has many great places to eat, shop and grab a drink. Logistics: There are 3 rooms available for use in the suite: A small bodywork room. A Conference room (seats 8). A Fitness/Event room (10 max for yoga, 40 max for people sitting in chairs). Even though the space is downstairs, we have a beautiful buildout in out fitness room with 3 windows that lets in beautiful light. Bathrooms are shared and in the hallway. We are on the lower level. Stair and elevator access available. Special rates associated with booking the space: Monthly bookings get a 20% discount. Information about past bookings: This space has been used for meetings (when the nurses were starting the union work), photoshoots (headshots, mini sessions), classes/events/workshops/mini retreats and more!

Space is cleaned between uses using antibacterial wipes which are also provided during rentals as well as hand sanitizer.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
