The Garden House – A Dreamy, Intimate Gathering Space Nestled on our organic flower farm, the Garden House is a perfect setting for your vision—whether it’s a sit-down dinner, rehearsal, ceremony, reception, bridal or baby shower, birthday party, or a creative gathering. It’s a space that feels both grounded and magical, with dried florals suspended from the rafters, twinkling bistro lights, and a stunning chandelier adding warmth and charm. At 30x50 feet, it comfortably seats guests at the included seven 8-foot farmhouse tables with matching benches (each seating up to 8 per table) or 56 guests in total.. It’s well-heated in the winter, air-conditioned for warm days, and beautifully lit to set the perfect ambiance. The space also features a farmhouse culinary sink, fans for comfort, and a staging area available for rent if you’re bringing in outside catering. For those looking to elevate their experience, you can also rent Prim, our little white cottage, as a bridal suite or cozy retreat for getting ready. Want to take things outside? We also offer an outdoor area that can be added on, making it a truly indoor/outdoor event experience. Whether you envision an intimate garden party or an open-air extension of your celebration, this addition allows your gathering to flow seamlessly between the two spaces. Health and Safety Measures

We only allow one rental per day, and the space is cleaned between each rental.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
