Cleaning Process
At Gentlemen’s Factory Bed-Stuy, we prioritize maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for all our guests. Here's how we ensure our space is event-ready:
Pre-Event Cleaning: The space is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before each booking, including high-touch areas such as doorknobs, tables, and chairs.
Post-Event Cleaning: We kindly ask guests to bag all trash and place it neatly in front of the downstairs entrance. Open containers and liquids should be emptied in the sink before disposal.
While we handle the deep cleaning, we appreciate your help in keeping the space tidy during your event.
For added convenience, we offer an optional professional cleaning service for $250. If you'd like to include this in your booking, let us know!
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
