About the Space
The mansion is situated on 3/4 of an acre with beautiful oversized pool, sparkling fountain, 7 foot tall marble peacock staturs and pink boutique hotel style outdoor furnishings. The indoor space is a Hollywood Regency dream complete with gold curved staircase, pink & gold furnishings, bold wallpaper and several stunning chandeliers. This space is perfect for photoshoots.

Parking description
Free street parking, no HOA for the surrounding streets. The mansion is in a 5 home gated community. All parking, aside for 4 vehicles, must park outside the gate on the street. 4 vehicles can park on property up the side right hand driveway, not on the circular drive to the front door.
General Rules
No pornographic events, filming, or photography
Available for photoshoots, filming, commercials.
Very small private events under 25 guests will be considered by approval of host.
No loud outdoor music.
Events with small children must have the pool fence in place or hire a life guard.
Address must never be disclosed on social media.
Ideal hours 10am-5pm, 7 days per week.
Special arrangements can be made for hours outside these times on a case by case basis.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The venue is cleaned by a professional cleaning crew before each event. Hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes are available for guests onsite.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
