About the Space
We have a multi-room party centre where individually themed attractions/experiences can be booked for parties, as a buyout including all themed attractions for a big party, or for film shoots, yoga & dance classes, etc. We also have a stage for live performance bookings, and also great lighting and sound systems. This listing is of the main open area We can also pride craft services, meals and snacks.

General Rules
There is no smoking in the building.
For party bookings, we do not allow outside food. Exceptions can be considered for private functions, film shoots, etc.
We are not licensed, but can provide alcohol service with notice.
If you break it, you buy it.
Nothing belonging to the venue should ever be removed from the premises without express consent from venue personnel.

Security cameras and recording devices
There are several cameras set up throughout our space including our snack bar. There are no cameras in bathrooms. We have cameras covering most of our space (spaces/rooms) for liability and security reasons. However, these cameras can be turned off if a client requests it, but the booking circumstances would change. For example, a damage and theft deposit would be levied and a few physical staff would need to be on the premises, changing the cost of the booking.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
Hourly bathroom inspections and cleaning.
Wipe down of high-touch areas after every use, if possible.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
