Cleaning Policy 1. Provided Cleaning Materials • Cleaning materials are available on-site for renters to use during their booking, including: • Broom and dustpan • Disinfectant and paper towels • Regular towels • Mop and wood floor cleaner • Renters are responsible for addressing any spills or messes immediately to help maintain the condition of the space. 2. Room Cleaning and Reset • The room is professionally cleaned and reset by Meraki Spaces staff before each booking to ensure it is ready for use. 3. End-of-Booking Expectations • Renters are required to: • Return the room to its original condition. • Dispose of all trash and recycling in the provided bins. • For larger amounts of trash or recycling, renters must use the on-site dumpsters located on the property. • Clean any areas or surfaces used during their booking if necessary. • Failure to leave the room in good condition may result in additional cleaning fees.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
