Home offers a unique setting for small, social gatherings in a cozy space. Heated floors, 10’ brick walls, and whimsical decor provide an experience like no other. Victorian-style furniture, HUE lighting, and playful artwork are perfect for guests who enjoy creative spaces. Bar area can be used to serve refreshments. Guests can connect to ceiling-mounted speakers. The space can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people.

Located adjacent to Fair Oaks Park, there is ample free, on-street parking for 15+ vehicles within one block.
General Rules
No smoking or vaping inside the house
Furniture can be moved but must be returned to original locations
Keep sound to reasonable level - just don’t shake the house
Respectful use of space - this is our home and we love it, so please don’t trash it
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
We have exterior security cameras around the periphery of the house, and these will be on. There are no interior cameras.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is vacuumed and dusted and the bar area disinfected between bookings. The bathroom is regularly cleaned and sanitized.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
