About the Space
Primarily our rooms are used to record podcasts and provide a space for artists to rehearse their material. we also have a green room waiting area for clients and is situated between our rehearsal and recording rooms for ease of access. At our podcast studio you’ll find high-quality microphones, mixing consoles, and headphones to ensure optimal sound capture. Our layout includes comfortable seating arrangements for hosts and guests, along with a central table for discussion.

General Rules
There is no smoking permitted in our buildings and refreshments are available on site. Arrive on time for scheduled recordings. Notify others if you anticipate lateness to minimize disruptions. Ensure all mobile phones and electronic devices are silenced or turned off to prevent interruptions during recording sessions.

Our studios are cleaned and maintained to high and comfortable standard.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
