1. Rates: $475 / hr (weekdays) 4 hour minimum $2,500 for open bar includes bar staff, clean up and gratuity $200 Site Representative 2. Cancellation: -Cancellation fee is 50% of final cost of booking. You may cancel your event/activity up to two weeks prior to the event/activity. That is 14 calendar days, including the day of the event/activity. If you do not cancel within that timeframe, you will be charged the full amount. -If Ragana Creative, LLC becomes aware of any suspicious activity leading up to any time before the event/activity, they reserve the right to cancel the event/activity and refund the client 70% of the total fee. 3. Ragana Site Representative: - All Rentals incur a flat fee of $200 for a site representative day-of the event. This rate is for 5 hours and/or under 80 people only. If, on the day of the event, festivities run past agreed timing and exceed 5 hours, it is an additional $45 / hr for each event staff member. If scheduling is agreed upon to run past 5 hours prior to the event, it is an extra $30/hr for each event staff member. If an event has 80 - 99 guests: 1 Event Coordinator and 1 Event Crew Member is required. The Event Coordinator is $200 and the Event Crew Member is $125. 4. Event Insurance: Event insurance is required for parties of more than 80 people. 5. Client Representative: A named representative must be present for the entire duration of event/activity and immediately reachable by cell phone. 6. Hours: - All events/activities must end by the hours agreed upon and as stated in the agreement. -If client exceeds the duration of time agreed upon in this agreement Ragana Creative, LLC will charge a minimum fee of one hour according to rates listed below. - Set up and clean up hours must be included in the rental fee. 7. No outside food or catering except very specific situations that are approved by owner. $150 - $350 / hr extra if outside catering approved. 8. Brewery Tour $30 per person, includes a tasting of 4oz pours, 10 people at a time. For bigger groups, can split up into multiple flights /// We can not guarantee approval for your booking. Once a request is made, we will provide a tour of the space and if your event is approved, you will be sent a rental agreement and invoice for payment.
