Located just above Clarion Office Furniture, The Coop offers a mix of studio settings for your next shoot. One side features a commercial-style studio with a 21-foot white cyc wall opposite a black studio. The other side welcomes beautiful, diffused southeast sunlight through vintage industrial windowpanes and includes a boudoir studio, a large lounge, and a dressing and makeup room with six stations. Our in-house studio lights are included in your rental fee. If you’re unfamiliar with our lights or need help getting set up, we’ll be around and are happy to lend a hand. Color backdrops are available upon request for an additional fee—just let us know ahead of time. Looking for more space? Our Annex studio is available upon request for an additional fee or as a standalone reservation. This large, open warehouse space has a Brooklyn loft feel, with expansive vintage warehouse windows. Step outside with your clients to explore nearby restaurants, converted industrial factories, and parks—all within walking distance—for a mix of urban, industrial, and natural photo settings. Bathrooms are available for all guests.
