About the Space
Our Flex Space can host a multitude of events from gallery shows to conference meetings, from dance or yoga classes to band rehearsals or theater performances, from quinceneras to weddings. Our space has a stage available for use, a dance floor, and banquet tables and chairs, if needed. Everything is movable so it can be customized to your preferences. We have a dressing room and green room for your performance needs as well. Come with your ideas and we can accommodate!

There is a very large free parking lot directly in front of the building
General Rules
No smoking, no outside alcohol, must use our caterers, no loud music before 1 pm, our staffing must be present at all times
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There are 4 security cameras located by the front door, by the back door, by the VIP area, and in the Green Room Area
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is thoroughly cleaned following each event
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
