Beautiful studio with expansive client space
About the Space
Located on a quiet street off the beaten path, our modern 5,000 square foot studio is located in a central location in Richmond – just a short drive from the Chippenham Parkway/Midlothian Turnpike exit. Parking is abundant with overflow parking for crew available. It features an in-house studio with 14 feet ceilings, garage door load in access, lighting grid, a 15’ x 20’ compound cover corner/cyclorama wall, and a makeup room with private restroom. We have (4) 2k mini space lights to help light the studio space if needed. We have lots of equipment if you need to rent! 20'x20' greenscreen, lighting & grip gear, and if we don't have it we will do our best to find it with our extensive contacts in the industry. Our overflow area is large and comfortable, with its own restroom, mini fridge, couches and even a pool table for downtime. We also have a VoiceOver booth and audio control room available for your production.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
