About the Space
25ft vaulted ceilings brick and beam // great morning light and great for a lecture or classroom setting. The building was established prior to ADA laws and is accessible only via a set of stairs leading up to about 1200 sq feet of open space and hard-wood flooring. People have held retreats, cooking classes, art exhibits, trunk shows, lectures, and sound baths here. It is a warm and clear space that invites the soul to breathe. There are two clean rooms that can be used for changing and there is a bathroom and there is laundry. The area is along two bus lines and is close to all freeways and is about a 10minute walk from West Oakland BART.

If you drip candle wax or paint and our cleaners cant remove it you will be charged for the cleaning fee. If you break something and it's your fault we would ask you to buy it. We will have cleaning supplies available to you should you need them. They are located under the sink.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
