About the Space
Our modern, industrial space is perfect for your meeting, private party or team building experience. Featuring (2) TVs with Bluetooth connectivity to TVs and audio system, (3) bathrooms, free parking and free wifi. The space features (2) large tables, a bar, as well as a couch area with side tables that can accommodate up to 30 people seated. (More chair and tables can be accommodated up to 50 people total upon request). Our space is unique because it has a bar with bar seating. Perfect for "Happy Hour" meetings and team building. We can furnish a bartender upon request for an additional fee (customer must provide alcohol). We offer multiple add on packages which include guided cocktail and mock tail classes. Meetings and gatherings work well in our space due to the room being open and inviting!

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
