The open floor plan that's nestled in the heart of downtown offers flexibility, featuring several distinct areas to suit your needs. The main area is spacious and can be arranged with tables and chairs for larger gatherings or left open for mingling and group activities. We also have smaller breakout areas ideal for intimate discussions, private conversations, or focused work. Unique Features and Amenities: Modern A/V Equipment: State-of-the-art projectors, sound systems, and high-speed internet to support presentations, screenings, or virtual events. Comfortable Seating: Ergonomic furniture and lounge areas to keep everyone comfortable throughout the day. Natural Light: Large windows fill the space with natural light, creating an inviting and energizing atmosphere. Kitchenette: A small kitchenette with coffee, microwave, and refrigerator for refreshments. Decor Flexibility: Neutral design elements that allow you to customize the look and feel of the space to match your theme or event.

Health and Safety Measures

The Event Center is cleaned in between uses by professional cleaners. We have a large variety of tables and chairs available that all come with the space rental. Renters are responsible for setting up and returning furniture to its original location. If renters would like the space to be set up for them this can be done for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
