About the Space
Our beautiful property and backyard has unique scenes for you to capture and bring your next project to life. There is a giant carpeted deck that houses a 4 season pergola, outdoor kitchen with 2 grills (gas & kamado), mini refrigerator, farmhouse sink with running water, and has plenty of seating. There is lake access by way of the dock and also a turfed dog park. For an additional charge you can have access to the 6 seater jacuzzi hot tub, 8 foot stock tank pool, and rent kayaks to be used on the lake that you can gain access to by way of the dock. There are also tables, chairs, and additional decor that can be rented for your special production. * A single portable restroom will be provided upon request. No access to the interior of the home is included with this booking unless agreed upon prior.

The backyard's pergola, seating, and outdoor kitchen surfaces are disinfected in between each booking. The dog park is cleaned in between each booking also. Additional cleaning materials are supplied on site (i.e. paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, sponge, and hand sanitizer).
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
