Equipment loading description
Equipment can be easily loaded into the space via the ground-level entrance for the lower unit. There is no dedicated loading zone, but off-street parking near the property allows for convenient access. The entrance does not require a ramp, making it simple to carry equipment inside. For the upper units, equipment must be carried up stairs. Loading trucks can park temporarily in front of the property
Electrical system description
Our space is equipped to handle standard power-intensive production equipment. Each unit has multiple electrical outlets, conveniently located in living areas, kitchens, and hallways for easy access. Units 2 and 3 have circuit breakers located in their hallways, while Unit 1’s circuit breaker is in the mechanical room. Guests can access circuit breakers if needed for resets during production

We ensure the space is thoroughly cleaned and ready for your shoot or event. Before each booking, all surfaces are sanitized, floors are vacuumed and mopped, and furniture is inspected and reset. Trash bins are emptied, and bathrooms are stocked with essentials. Guests are expected to leave the space as they found it, with cleaning supplies available for minor touch-ups during your booking. A professional cleaning will be conducted after your session to maintain the space's pristine condition.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
