Your guests will be greeted by a glass facade with authentic 100-year old patinated pilasters. A double door level entrance leads to a spacious well appointed loft. Among many original details are meticulously restored ceiling tin tiles, floating walls, partially exposed bricks, a collection of museum quality paintings and photographs. Furnishings include a Saarinen table, chairs by Arne Jacobsen, a leather sofa by Ted Boerner, benches by Giulio Lazzotti, stools by Philippe Starck, a 24-speaker Bose sound system, Bang & Olufsen speakers, a Canon projector, laser/LED lights and more. All these items are complimentary and available to enhance your celebration shall you decide to use them. Of course, you may bring your own equipment, art and furniture. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
