Our coworking space at the iconic 777 building features 34 private offices, one large, shared space for coworking, 4 business lounges, and three versatile meeting rooms that accommodate between 10-16 people. You will be booking our Socrates Room - Featuring beautiful natural light, Socrates is a comfortable, modern boardroom with a table and executive-style chairs. One 75" display screen offers presentation and video conferencing connectivity. Dedicated business-class wi-fi means your meeting won't miss a beat. Located within the Eisenhower Corridor of downtown Ann Arbor, the 777 Building is home to Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea and Kanbu Sushi, as well as an on-site fitness center. Near several Ann Arbor landmarks such as Briarwood Mall and the famous Mediterrano restaurant, we are easily accessible via I-94, East Eisenhower and State Street. We are located minutes from downtown Ann Arbor and have free onsite parking!

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
