Parking description

Private parking is available at the rear of the property, accommodating up to two vehicles.

General Rules

We ensure a clean and safe space for every booking: 1. Before Each Event: All surfaces, floors, and high-touch areas are disinfected, and the restroom is sanitized and stocked. 2. After Each Event: Trash is removed, surfaces disinfected, and the space is thoroughly cleaned. 3. Extra Care: EPA-approved products are used, and additional cleaning can be arranged upon request. Your comfort and safety are our priority!

Security cameras and recording devices

For the safety and security of our guests, this location is equipped with surveillance cameras positioned outside the property and within the entry area. Please be assured that there are no cameras in the designated content areas to maintain privacy.

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
