- Events must comply with the maximum occupancy limits as specified by local regulations to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests.
- Seating arrangements should allow for easy movement and accessibility.
3. Food Safety
- Any external food or beverages brought in for the event must comply with health and safety standards. Please inform us of any catering plans in advance.
4. Emergency Procedures
- In case of an emergency, please follow the guidance of café staff. Fire exits and first aid kits are readily accessible.
5. Respect for the Space
- All event-related activities should respect the café’s facilities and equipment. Any damages must be reported immediately to staff.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
