My 3 bedroom, 2 bath has an open floorplan where the living and dining room allow for great conversation spaces. The kitchen is located off the rear of the unit and features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a deck. My place could make for a great home away from home or have several spaces that could allow for a great backdrop for content creation. One Bedroom features an original exposed brick wall and minimalistic industrial decor throughout. Another bedroom features original mirrored walls while the third bedroom is currently set up as a dedicated workspace.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
