Free street parking is located on the same side as building and across the street from the building. Please do not park in parking lot.

Space Rules 1. Respect the Space: Treat the space and all provided equipment with care. Any damages will result in additional charges. 2. Booking Time: Your rental time includes setup and breakdown. Arrive and leave on time to avoid overtime fees. 3. Cleanliness: Please leave the space in the same condition as you found it. Clean up after yourself and dispose of any trash properly. 4. Noise Levels: Be mindful of noise, especially if you’re sharing the building or the space is located in a shared area. 5. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises. 6. Food and Drink: Limited food and drink are allowed, but please clean up promptly to avoid any spills or damage. 7. Max Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum capacity of the space as outlined in your booking agreement. 8. Parking: If parking is provided, please park only in designated areas. Additional parking may be available upon request. 9. No Unauthorized Subletting: Do not sublet or transfer your booking to another party without prior approval. 10. Security & Liability: The space is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Ensure all personal items are secured during your rental.
