Designed by a photographer, with other photographers in mind. Private and recently updated, enjoy contactless check-in / check-out process utilizing a digital lock. The studio has two rooms. All rentals include both rooms. The main room: Features a faux leather sofa, stone fireplace mantle with an arch mirror, and beautiful French doors. Perfect for family, maternity, branding, and newborn shoots. The dark room: Features 3/4 black walls, a gorgeous 6-foot gold floor mirror, full size bed with white sheets, and a clawfoot tub. Perfect for boudoir and moody couples shoots.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
