-Floor Care: Floors are swept, mopped, or vacuumed to remove any dirt or debris from the previous use.
-Lighting Equipment Check: If on-site lighting was used, it's inspected, cleaned, and safely stored for future use.
-Trash Removal: All trash and recycling are properly disposed of, leaving the space clean and fresh.
We kindly ask renters to assist in keeping the space tidy by bagging their trash, wiping up spills, and adhering to our house rules. This partnership helps us maintain a high standard of cleanliness and ensures every guest enjoys a flawless environment.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
