Whether you're a fitness model, influencer, or content creator, our space offers excellent natural light, open windows overlooking Ventura Boulevard, and soundproofing with high-quality tempered windows to ensure a professional and private environment. It's also perfect for hosting smaller seminars and exclusive events. there is a private room and a bathroom. The studio is fully equipped with: 2 large TVs, High-speed Wi-Fi -Air Conditioning-Sonos Sound System-Professional Microphone-Tripod and Lighting for photo and video shoots.
