Health and Safety Measures
At Sherri's Executive Lounge, the health and safety of our guests is our top priority. To ensure a clean and hygienic environment, we follow a thorough cleaning and sanitization process between each booking:
- All high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, countertops, tables, chairs, and bathroom fixtures are carefully wiped down with EPA-approved disinfectants proven effective against viruses and bacteria.
- The lounge is vacuumed and floors are mopped with disinfecting cleaning solutions. Upholstered furniture is vacuumed and sanitized.
Bathrooms receive special attention - toilets, sinks, and floors are scrubbed and sanitized. Toiletries are restocked and fresh hand towels are provided.
- The kitchenette and coffee bar area, including the refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and utensils are thoroughly washed and sanitized.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
