Please note that this is our personal home, so you may see us around. This guest house features a private bedroom & bathroom. Inside the guest house includes: - A contemporary and modern casement-style window, operated by a crank. This design allows for an unobstructed view of the lawn. - Wide-swinging french patio doors can be opened for wider shots into the interior or exterior. It includes: - 1/3 of an acre lot - 100-year-old oak tree - Breezeway nestled between two separate units, including dining table and chairs - Exterior has a mid-century modern design - Corn hole court & an oversized connect four game - Warm string lights that drape near the 100-year-old oak tree - Fire pit with outdoor seating To keep your shoots private, we have a 6-foot fence that encloses the property.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
