About the Space
Opening this for a photoshoot rental studio! (This is owner’s actively lived in apartment. But have been told that this space is perfect for shooting and wanted to offer it!) Multiple concepts can be done here. The natural light is gorgeous. There is original brick on one wall, with a table on/ attached. It has a strip LED light under the table for unique lighting as well. Dance Pole in the living room. Eclectic, modern vibe with vintage trinkets/ props for background usage. Directly downtown above some restaurants and shops. Easily accessible, up one flight of stairs. 1,100 sq ft. Large living room for shooting. Other rooms able to be used with permission. Extra sheer curtains as well as thicker orange ones in my room.

I clean every sunday as a sunday reset. Typically before allowing people to shoot in my space I want it picture perfect. If you have requests of things to be removed and placed in another room that is easily accommodated. Never be shy. I disinfect the counters and touched surfaces, and mop every sunday.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
