About the Space
Beautiful home with a large chef's kitchen, nice living room and dining room, and beautiful backyard with a patio and many fruit trees! We’ve had many guests book - some for family dinners, parties, and filming. Only the living room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and backyard are available to Peerspace guests. Normally I hide away in the bedroom so you can have your space, but I’m nearby in case you have questions or need anything. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to message me! We can make exceptions on occasion, for example adding access to a bedroom.

We have a cleaner come in between each booking. We also have cleaning supplies under the kitchen sink.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
