Our property is conveniently located: - 20 minutes north of Burbank - 25 minutes from Glendale - 5 minutes from the 210 Freeway with connections to the 5, 14, 405, and 118 Freeways - 25 minutes from Universal Studios Hollywood - 35 minutes north of Downtown LA ***Please note, this rental only covers outdoor space usage which includes 1 restroom without a shower. Should you need more restrooms you can choose your own vendor or we can provide recommendations. This is an outdoor event space. All surfaces have been wiped down and cleaned including pressure washing some areas.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
