About the Space
Photo shoots, we are surrounded by massive oak trees which are a great photo op as well. The greenhouse allows plenty of lighting, photograph in here all day with stunning light. Perfect for spring photos! All photographers are stunned after renting this space! It brings a light and airy feel.

General Rules
Access to The Everhart Greenhouse
***** Please use the greenhouse as is. Large furniture & and floral installations must be discussed with Samantha Everhart prior to booking.
The Client will be responsible for anything damaged during their time spot.
Drilling into the greenhouse is not permitted.
Restrooms are not available.
Open flames are not allowed.
Please take all trash with you.
The Client understands the greenhouse is located at our private residence.
We respect our space!
Please stick to your time spot, someone will most likley be booked right after your booking. *****
The Clients and all guests invited attend and step onto the property at their own risk.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Cameras on property, not in greenhouse. Located on back of barn.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
We ensure you will have a clean space at the time of your rental.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
